TDW is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Operations and Human Resources. Bring your initiative and judgment to manage various administrative tasks and help our team thrive.
In this role, you will carry out essential administrative duties involving employee coordination, invoice processing, and data entry. With a focus on HR responsibilities, you'll assist with onboarding processes and employee relations events. Your proactive approach will contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure the smooth operation of various HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:• Answer phones and handle site communications • Coordinate employee and visitor arrivals and departures • Process invoices for prompt payment • Prepare training packets for clients • Manage mail and light shipping activities
Requirements:• High school diploma is required • 3-5 years administrative assistant experience • 1-3 years HR coordination experience is an asset • Proficiency in Excel and report preparation • Diploma in HR or business-related discipline preferred
