Night Shift Production Supervisor Position, Nisku

Drive production excellence at Silent-Aire as a Night Shift Production Supervisor, responsible for leading a diverse team. Work Monday through Thursday, 6pm to 5:30am.

This critical role involves supervising production workers in a fast-paced environment to ensure schedules are met safely and efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your leadership skills while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your expertise in manufacturing processes will be essential as you guide your team.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate activities of 40 to 75 production staff • Enforce safety and sanitation measures • Anticipate and resolve production challenges • Monitor employee performance and attendance • Train new workers on safety and equipment operations

Requirements:• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in production • Journeyperson electrician designation required • Strong knowledge of local safety regulations • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
