As a full-time, permanent Line Lead, you will manage a crew of 10-20 employees on the packing lines. Your leadership ensures that production orders are fulfilled according to strict guidelines. You will need to ensure smooth operations by quickly addressing challenges, maintaining packs in line with customer specifications, and implementing safety protocols.
