In the role of Customer Service Representative (Motivator), you will interact with members upon their arrival and provide exceptional service. From checking in members to answering effortless phone inquiries, your presence is crucial. You'll have the opportunity to assist members with workout equipment while embodying the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Ensure a warm greeting for every club member • Handle incoming calls with professionalism • Support members with fitness equipment questions • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the club • Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members
Requirements:• CPR-A&AED Certification is required• Smart Tan certification within 3 months • Strong customer service background is valuable • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of fitness and wellness practices
