You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of mobile Fire&Life Safety inspections. In this position, accuracy is paramount as you manage scheduling, maintain documentation, and support quality control efforts. Your contributions directly impact our clients’ safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and implement inspection schedules • Communicate appointment details to all stakeholders • Verify job readiness with clients prior to service • Track and maintain accurate system records • Assist in scheduling efficiency for field staff
Requirements:• At least 2 years in customer-focused roles • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with Fire&Life Safety standards is a plus• Strong attention to detail and record keeping • Comfortable with various software and ERP systems
