Transportation Fleet Manager Role Available, Ahuntsic North

Join a growing transportation organization as a Fleet Manager, overseeing maintenance operations and vehicle management. In this full-time position, you'll lead a skilled team while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a candidate with 5–7 years of experience in fleet management, proven vendor management skills, and a strong background in vehicle repair operations. You will directly supervise daily maintenance work and ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate transportation fleet assets and implement maintenance schedules • Lead maintenance operations and the garage team • Develop and enforce fleet service policies and standards • Build relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts • Monitor compliance with safety and transportation regulations

Requirements:• Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience • A minimum of 5 years in fleet management • 3 years of leadership experience in maintenance • 310T License or related A/C certification • Clean Criminal Record Check and G Class Driver’s License
