Key Responsibilities:• Schedule service appointments and communicate with clients • Deliver complete and accurate cost estimates • Prepare and process repair orders efficiently • Monitor repair progress and provide updates • Close orders and clarify all charges to customers

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous heavy truck or automotive experience preferred • Strong customer-focused and administrative skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Require a valid driver’s license and must pass a criminal background check
