Meet our hiring team: The Role We're hiring an execution-ready SDR with at least 1 year of hands‑on outbound prospecting experience.
This role involves daily cold calling, email outreach, and live discovery conversations with U.S.-based business professionals. You must be comfortable leading structured conversations and communicating clearly in real time.
This is not an entry‑level training role.
What You'll Do
Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Run structured discovery conversations
Qualify opportunities and set meetings
Handle objections professionally
Maintain CRM accuracy and follow‑up cadence
Requirements
Minimum 1 year outbound SDR/BDR experience (cold calling required)
Experience conducting live discovery calls
Clear, structured verbal communication
Professional composure under pressure
Demonstrated job stability

Have primarily led teams instead of executing outbound
Are looking for a short‑term transition role

Benefits
Base Pay: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year plus commission
