This is a remote position. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and engaging new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment space. You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with prospective clients, supporting the sales team, and driving revenue growth for our AI pre-screening platform.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking strategies. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment sectors. Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage with potential customers. Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Master our AI pre-screening software tools to effectively consult clients on tailored solutions. Schedule product demos and set up consultative appointments for senior sales executives.Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Track and report on key metrics related to outreach activities and pipeline development. Stay current with industry trends in AI recruitment technology and hiring processes.Requirements: 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and appointment-setting targets. Experience making sales calls (both warm and cold). Understanding of B2B lead generation processes and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Problem-solving ability rooted in consultative sales techniques.Preferred: Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or talent acquisition industries. Familiarity with AI applications in business settings. Experience selling to HR professionals or C-level executives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
