As a crucial member of the Accounts team, you'll manage a diverse book of business, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions. With a focus on onboarding new customers and maintaining existing relationships, your expertise will play a pivotal role. The position encourages upselling and cross-selling while enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Support effective onboarding of new customers • Review policy data for accuracy and handle changes • Manage existing accounts, issuing certificates and endorsements • Upsell and cross-sell within the current client base • Process remarkets efficiently
Requirements:• Valid broker license and 1+ years P&C experience• Previous commercial broking experience preferred • CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus • Strong communication skills for complex concepts • Proven ability in workflow management tools
