This is driven by process inefficiencies and defects, which create staggering amounts of waste, emit excess greenhouse gases, and cost manufacturers millions in scrapped materials and lost production time.We are tackling this waste within the $9B manual assembly manufacturing sector. Our solution is an AI copilot for supervisors and continuous improvement engineers, powered by next-generation vision-language models. It analyzes assembly processes in real-time to ensure procedures meet quality standards, guides operators with instant feedback to boost first-pass yield, and generates 24/7 lean insights to eliminate bottlenecks.We are now onboarding a small number of pilot customers and are looking for a contract sales executive who can unlock warm introductions into manufacturing organizations and help convert those intros into paid pilots.
