AllRock Consulting Ltd. is on the hunt for a meticulous and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Professional. Over the past three years, you’ve developed the skills necessary to manage vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships—all of which are critical as you support our Newfoundland, Ontario, and Ottawa offices. Your ability to work independently and within a team will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Process and manage vendor invoices efficiently • Match purchase orders with invoices and receipts • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies • Prepare electronic transfers and checks • Assist with month-end reporting and audits
Requirements:• Degree/diploma in Accounting or related field desirable • 3+ years of accounts payable experience required • Familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks or SAP • Advanced Microsoft Excel competency required • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
