Role Summary The Inside Sales Account Representative supports small and medium-sized businesses by providing consultative sales guidance and digital marketing expertise. The role focuses on managing advertiser portfolios, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales and strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers, driving revenue through consultative sales.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assess client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
Optimize social media advertising campaigns and deliver performance insights.
Identify growth opportunities, recommend platform best practices, and enhance client satisfaction.
Build strong client relationships and document interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitors, and platform updates.
Qualifications
2+ year sales experience
(quota-based preferred).
4+ years total work experience .
BPO or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with North American customers an asset.
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work in a target-driven environment.
