Responsibilities
Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.
Manage wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream (scope, cost, schedule, etc.).
Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
Help define the value of a transformation and how to measure and track success.
Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy.
Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets and operations for one or more transformation domains.
Build strong relationships with clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C‑suite relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
Balance understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective in the client’s business interests.
Drive thought leadership, asset development and intellectual capital efforts, building a following with similar expertise.
Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities.
Drive business development by architecting and developing proposals and SOWs with the support of a Senior Manager.
Identify creative and hard‑to‑find data sources and refine hypotheses through interviews.
Potential travel to support client engagements.
Required Skills
Banking industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.
Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end‑to‑end wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, and portfolio monitoring.
Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS).
Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems with in‑depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near‑term goals for area of responsibility.
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, negotiating or influencing significant matters.
Qualifications
2+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
Demonstrable experience as part of an nCino project delivery or consulting engagement.
A university degree is required.
English is required for this position; the role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US and other global locations.
Preferred Qualifications
French speaking preferred for this role.
Additional nCino/Salesforce certifications.
Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
Banking industry and/or system certifications.
Experience with complex project delivery.
Compensation&Benefits Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The base pay range for this role in British Columbia and Ontario is $36.25 to $60.29 per hour. Information on benefits is available here.
