Requirements:• 4–6 years in consulting, 2+ years in HRSD • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS–HRSD) • Strong knowledge of connected HR systems • Expertise in Case and Knowledge Management • Proven problem-solving and communication skills
