We are looking for a full‑time Office Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations from our Langley office. The role involves providing administrative support to the office and leadership team and assisting with light project‑related tasks in a growing electrical contracting environment.Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office and leadership team Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal/external events Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and office records Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries for active projects Review basic drawings and extract key information when requiredLiaise with suppliers, clients, and field teams to support operations Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and general job documentation Support team members across operations, projects, and office functions Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the office environment Project Scope
Support across electrical projects within commercial and light industrial sectors Involvement in both office operations and project support functions Exposure to materials, coordination, documentation, and basic drawing review Collaboration with both office staff and field teams What You Bring
Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role Experience within construction or electrical contracting is an asset Basic understanding of construction drawings or willingness to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbalProactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented workplace Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Working Environment
Full‑time, in‑office position based in Langley Collaborative, close‑knit team workplace Fast‑paced setting with a mix of administrative and project support tasks Opportunity to work closely with operations, project teams, and leadership Compensation&Benefits
Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience) Full‑time, permanent position Stable role within a growing electrical contractor Brand new office in Langley Opportunity for long‑term development within the business
