You will manage tenant records, show suites for rent, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Issue and manage eviction and warning letters • Complete detailed move in/out reports for tenants • Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and files • Post rental ads and show vacant units promptly • Clean the outdoor grounds and common areas

Requirements:• 1-2 years of relevant caretaker experience • Proficient with maintenance and tenant regulations • Strong customer service and communication abilities • Organized and professional in approach • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
