We are seeking reliable, safety‑conscious, and detail‑oriented individuals to join our production operations. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific role within the facility and are expected to cross‑train across other related tasks over time. This position involves working in a fast‑paced environment whereattention to detail, consistency, and adherence to established procedures are essential. Duties And Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards

Perform visual and physical inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance

Handle, move, and organize materials and products safely and efficiently

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and safety protocols at all times

Record production data accurately and report any deviations or equipment issues

Assist with setup, changeovers, and clean‑up of workstations as required

Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Participate in cross‑training and support other production tasks as needed

Carry out production tasks with care and precision, ensuring materials are handled and processed according to operational standards

Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace, contributing to overall workflow and minimizing disruptions

Identify and report any irregularities in product quality, equipment performance, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required

Safety‑conscious mindset and adherence to workplace safety standards
