In this role, you will actively support the commercial team by managing documentation and providing administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review policy documents and endorsements • Assist Account Managers and respond to client needs • Maintain high data integrity within records • Collaborate with teams to uphold service standards • Handle inquiries in a timely, professional manner

Requirements:• Must hold a Level 2 Insurance License • 3+ years of personal lines experience, commercial lines beneficial • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
