Overview We are looking for supportive

Server Assistants

to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a“dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.

Responsibilities

Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.

Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.

Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.

Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.

Qualifications

A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.

A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.

A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

The ability to legally work in Canada.
