Please note, this role is fully in-office in the client's Langleyoffice.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume inbound communications (80–100 interactions/day) via phone, email, chat, and text
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consignees, and drivers during active deliveries
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and service level compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues in real-time, including last-minute changes and routing adjustments
Process customer and driver requests, including adjustments, credits, and escalations
Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers by delivering consistent, high-quality service
Proactively identify and escalate customer dissatisfaction or operational issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and management teams
Accurately track and manage orders, including working with PO numbers and shipment details
Utilize internal systems and tools (including Courier Complete and Microsoft applications) to manage workflows
Qualifications
2+ years of high-volume customer service experience (logistics or transportation industry strongly preferred)
Experience in fast-paced, reactive environments with shifting priorities
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making under pressure
Familiarity with dispatch systems, order tracking, or logistics coordination is an asset
Comfortable working with PO numbers, order details, and delivery tracking processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Reliable transportation required
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work early shifts
