Key Responsibilities:• Install and finish modular structures efficiently • Support unit rigging and alignment tasks • Complete vital interior and exterior finishing details • Construct stairs, decks, and landings as needed • Maintain a well-organized job site for materials

Requirements:• 3-5+ years carpentry or construction skills • Reliable knowledge of safety practices on site • Capability to decipher blueprints and specifications • Must possess a valid driver’s licence • Ability to handle physical outdoor labor
