Key Responsibilities:• Lead impactful recreational programs for seniors • Ensure safety during outings while operating the bus • Collaborate in developing monthly calendars and newsletters • Direct volunteers in maintaining quality standards of care • Support residents' wellness assessments and celebrate achievements

Requirements:• Diploma in recreation or gerontology preferred • Competency in First Aid and Serving it Right • Willing to obtain Class 4 Driver’s Licence • Minimum one year experience in recreational activities • Proficient with Google Workspace for project tasks
