We are looking for a Third Manager to join our View Royal store in Victoria, BC. Management experience is a plus. This role offers advancement opportunities within a growing company. Responsibilities

Lead a team as a coach, mentor, and resource. Foster a positive environment focused on Always Customer First service. Support the store’s management team with team member relations. Hold departments accountable for operational standards. Use knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.Communicate key messages to the store’s management team and team members. Ensure accurate stocktaking in the department(s). Qualifications

2–3 years of experience serving customers. Food Secure Certification. Passion for great food and outstanding customer service. Strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude. Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile. Benefits
