What You”ll Do Help customers find the right firearms, hunting, fishing, and outdoor products for their needsShare your product knowledge and real-world experience to provide professional recommendations Explain technical specifications, features, and safe handling procedures Assist customers with hunting and fishing licences Maintain safe firearm handling practices and follow all legal and company proceduresMerchandise and stock shelves to keep the department clean, organized, and fully stocked Stay current on new products, trends, regulations, and promotions Operate store technology systems and firearm tracking software Support customers with warranty questions and product troubleshooting Assist with other Sports Department tasks as neededRequirements / Skills What We”re Looking For Valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) required Passion for firearms, hunting, fishing, and outdoor sports Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable explaining technical products and regulations to customers Ability to stay calm, professional, and safety-focused in all situationsComfortable using computers, retail systems, and handheld technology Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Ability to work in a physically active environment, including lifting merchandise and being on your feet throughout the day Evening and weekend availability required Why Join Us?
