Cowichan Eyecare is looking for a Pre-tester / Optical Assistant to join our clinic. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in eye care. You’ll play an important part in the patient experience, supporting both the clinical team and front-end flow of the clinic.Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and guide them through their visit Collect case histories and prepare patients for exams Perform pre-testing and assist with diagnostic equipment Administer eye drops and explain procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment Help manage patient flow between reception and clinical areasSupport contact lens training and follow-ups Keep patient records accurate and up to date Who You Are
