Property Cleaning&Upkeep

Daily Cleaning of Common Areas: sweep, mop, dust, arrange furniture, pick up litter, disinfect lobbies, hallways, lounges, laundry rooms Window and Glass Cleaning: interior/exterior windows, glass doors, mirrors, streak‑free surfaces Landscaping Area Cleaning: keep landscaped areas clear of litter, debris, seasonal leavesDrainage Maintenance: clear onsite drainage systems such as grates and catch basins

Unit Preparation&Furniture Setup

Unit Turnover Cleaning: deep‑clean vacated units, spotless surfaces, appliances, fixtures Furniture and Décor Setup: arrange furnishings, make beds, set up household items, perform laundry Furniture Cleaning: dust, vacuum, sanitize furniture in common areas and individual units

Seasonal&Minor Maintenance

Snow Removal and De‑Icing: clear entryways, sidewalks, parking during winter Basic Maintenance and Repairs: tighten fixtures, replace light bulbs, paint touch‑ups, basic carpentry tasks

Furniture Moving and Setup: assist moving and arranging furniture in common areas, amenity spaces, rental units Other Responsibilities as Needed

Amenity Spaces Setup: clean, arrange, maintain fitness rooms, lounges, meeting areas Garbage and Recycling Management: empty bins, maintain cleanliness, handle waste removal schedules Inventory and Supplies Management: track cleaning supplies, linens, maintenance tools Emergency Response: point of contact for urgent cleaning or maintenance requestsStaff Communication: coordinate with property staff and management, communicate cleaning schedules Issue Reporting and Repairs: identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, alarms Firewatch Patrol: perform occasional patrols for safety compliance

Qualifications

Experience in janitorial work, property maintenance, or related fields is an asset Attention to Detail and commitment to high cleanliness&organization standards Basic Handyman Skills for minor repairs and general upkeep Physical Capability for furniture moving, snow removal, and other demanding duties Organizational Skills for managing time, prioritizing tasks, work independently Effective Communication Skills: coordinate with tenants, team members, supervisorsSalary Range
