Lead the development of AI-driven search technologies at Faire. As a Staff Engineer on the Discovery Search team, you’ll shape the way retailers discover products through personalized experiences.
In this hybrid role, you will leverage your 7+ years of software engineering expertise to architect cutting-edge search systems that integrate machine learning and AI strategies. You will guide complex projects while collaborating with product teams to enhance the retailer experience by improving query understanding and retrieval accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:• Architect next-gen, composable search systems • Optimize query understanding with machine learning • Develop AI-driven features for enhanced user experience • Ensure system reliability and performance metrics • Integrate dynamic search with SDUI and React components
