As a Maintenance Electrician, you will ensure the reliable performance of machinery in a fully automated facility. Your key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining refrigeration units, and ensuring optimal equipment uptime. The role requires strong skills in electrical wiring and a thorough understanding of electrical codes and schematics.
Key Responsibilities:• Install, test, and repair electrical wiring and fixtures • Maintain large industrial refrigeration systems • Operate and maintain industrial power generation equipment • Troubleshoot proprietary automation and robotic systems • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
Requirements:• 2-5 years experience in the electrical field • Journeyperson Electrician or registered apprentice • Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code • Experience with PLCs and refrigeration systems • Ability to work in refrigerated environments
