Annual Base Salary: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 This is a backfill for an existing vacancy within the team. What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and maintain a business plan and be the primary contact for all assigned key accounts in the Quad City Region (Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph, and Waterloo). Manage all assigned accounts as the key contact for all activities. Identify and target sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area.Collaborate primarily with partners, manufacturers, and Gerrie staff to grow sales and improve market share of our solutions. Develop and execute an annual sales/business plan for the assigned accounts, using CRM and Account Plans. Manage and close proposals to the customer, actively seeking feedback that leads to successful outcomes.Assume a key position within the bid team, developing strategy and providing prompt, clear, and concise quotations. Follow up on opportunities, quotes, and proposals to the customer, actively seeking feedback. Submit call reports and update CRM. Participate in and attend sales meetings and annual planning meetings.What You Bring to the Table

Post‑secondary education from a technical program (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical discipline). 5+ years proven experience in sales, electrical wholesale industry preferred. Strategically minded with strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Strong technical knowledge andsolid understanding of the contractor markets.Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
