Fidus is seeking a PCB Layout Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex digital and analog board design. This role emphasizes collaboration with hardware and mechanical teams, requiring expertise in Cadence Allegro or similar tools. You will lead the design process to ensure high-quality, zero-defect PCB layouts ready for high-volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:• Design high-speed, multi-layer PCBs using Cadence Allegro • Collaborate with mechanical and signal integrity teams • Generate fabrication and assembly drawings • Ensure compliance with DFM and DFA practices • Interface with board houses to resolve design issues
Requirements:• 5+ years in high-speed, dense PCB design • Advanced constraint set experience with Allegro • IPC certification is a plus • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Attention to detail and quality assurance
