Act as an integral part of the Pre‑Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high‑end residential projects. Conduct initial design consultations as part of the sales cycle, determining concepts and project budget. Prepare full design specification packages, including working drawings, millwork packages, details, and RCPs.Conduct material selections with clients and suppliers. Manage and procure finishes. Maintain budgets for all selections. Coordinate material/finish selections to sites. Oversee templates, measurements, and installation of custom details. Communicate with clients throughout the process. Qualifications
3–5 years of residential design experience required; customer sales experience an asset. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with strong spreadsheet skills; ability to build and maintain budgets. Proficiency in Revit is an asset. Accredited interior design program an asset. Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong multitasking abilities mandatory.Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to ambitious company goals. Self‑starter with strong work ethic. Valid driver’s license required. Benefits
