About the Role

We are hiring a full‑time, day shift Electrical Control Panel Builder in Kitchener, ON. The role involves fabricating subassemblies, drilling and tapping subpanels, cutting and modifying enclosures, assembling electrical components, wiring subpanels according to schematics, and operating hand and power tools.Benefits

Component layout according to drawings Drilling and tapping of subpanels Enclosure cutouts and modifications Assembly of electrical components Fastening of devices on subpanels and enclosures Fabrication of subassemblies and field devices Operate necessary hand and power tools as required Wiring of subpanels and assemblies as per electrical schematics and drawingsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Prior experience in industrial control panel fabrication is not required. The team will provide hands‑on training. New graduates are welcome to apply.
