Support the Grand Philharmonic Choir as an Administrator-Librarian, a role pivotal to the administration of four distinguished choirs. Enhance concert experiences while managing key financial and administrative functions.
In this position, you will report to the executive director as part of a small team. Your duties will cover everything from daily office management to coordinating concert logistics and maintaining music libraries. Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and successful events for nearly 200 singers, showcasing both classic and contemporary choral works.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle daily management of office and records • Interact with choir conductors and guest artists • Coordinate administrative procedures and events • Manage inquiries and maintain choir communication • Ensure proper setup for rehearsals and concerts
Requirements:• Strong organizational and technical skills • Vehicle access for transporting music materials • Excellent communication skills and confidentiality • Flexible working hours to meet organizational demands • Knowledge of choral music and library management
