Become a key player on Manulife's AdminAdvantage team as a Benefits Administrator in a hybrid role based in Montreal, Quebec. This position requires strong customer service abilities to manage and support complex benefits plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of large clients' group benefits, ensuring accurate eligibility processing and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with multiple teams will be essential to resolve issues and meet client needs quickly and effectively. Your expertise will help shape the overall member experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage administrative tasks for complex client benefits • Process daily member-related eligibility requests • Follow up on client inbox items within set SLAs • Troubleshoot and resolve member-related issues thoroughly • Partner with call center representatives for issue resolution
Requirements:• At least 3 years of proven customer service experience • Excellent MS applications knowledge • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Capability to learn rapidly and adapt • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
