Field Sales Specialist - Kitchener We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Specialist to serve Kitchener and local multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) communities. You will sell customizable residential products such as Internet, TV, Home Phone, Wi‑Fi, and Home Security, building strong relationships with customers, property managers, and the community.
Responsibilities
Create Client Connections
– Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers and clients.
Sales
– Act on provided leads and spark new residential sales through lobby events, door‑to‑door activities, and special events.
Face of Rogers
– Represent Rogers with pride, in the field, at events, and when following up on consumer inquiries.
Market Specialist
– Share market‑trend insights to help refine sales strategies.
Customer Connection
– Build friendly, professional relationships with customers, clients, and property managers.
Employee Commitment
– Conduct business in accordance with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct, prioritizing safety.
Qualifications
Sales Star Power
– Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, overcome objections, and work independently to achieve goals.
Motivated Mojo
– High motivation, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

– Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections with style.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
