Join Affirm as a Remote Senior Product Designer and lead transformative design initiatives in financial innovation. This role emphasizes collaboration and user-centered design practices.
In this position within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, you will tackle ambitious design challenges while contributing to Affirm's promise of transparency in finance. Work closely with cross-functional teams as you enhance customer interactions with innovative design solutions, using data to guide your design decisions and maintain quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead design from concept through delivery • Define clear design and success metrics • Work alongside product, engineering, and data experts • Enhance design systems for streamlined experiences • Mentor and support fellow design team members
Requirements:• At least 5 years of relevant product design experience • Strong attention to detail in visual design • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Experience with research-driven design approaches • Proficient in Figma and other design tools
