Schedule:
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 12 PM– 8 PM
Average Compensation:
$600–$2,000/week (base salary + performance bonuses + daily cash incentives)
About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven people who are ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact in their community.
You'll be out in the field every day representing incredible charitable organizations that are changing lives— while working alongside experienced sales coaches and senior professionals who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results. This is a high-energy, people-first role where your communication skills and drive directly determine your income.

What You'll Be Doing
Representing and running face-to-face campaigns on behalf of impactful charities including CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart&Stroke, UNICEF, and more
Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects
Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results
Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and sales techniques through hands‑on experience and mentorship
What We're Looking For
18 years of age or older
Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM– 8 PM
Strong communicator who's comfortable engaging people face-to-face
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Access to a vehicle is an asset
Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and daily cash incentives— your total earnings grow with your results.
