Elevate community projects as a Proposal Coordinator with WSP in the Transportation&Infrastructure team. Lead the creation of high-quality proposals that secure essential projects across Canada.
You'll work with senior managers and technical experts to deliver submissions across urban planning, land development, and transportation. This role demands strong writing and editing proficiencies, ensuring proposals meet all RFP requirements while being visually appealing through designer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:• Create detailed proposal outlines and timetables • Write and edit sections, including CVs and project descriptions • Oversee contributions from various disciplines • Maintain organized records of proposals and results • Collaborate with designers to add visuals
Requirements:• 5 years of experience in proposal development • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred • Strong writing skills, particularly for technical content • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Availability for overtime hours during peak times
