The Infrastructure team designs and delivers customised services for municipalities and real‑estate developers across Canada, supporting clients from concept to completion.
We are seeking an early‑career Electrical Technologist with 1–2 years of experience in electrical design or drafting, preferably on municipal water/wastewater or industrial projects.

Responsibilities
Support a multidisciplinary design team by assisting Project Managers and Engineers with electrical design tasks.
Prepare and modify electrical drawings using design software, including single‑line diagrams, power distribution layouts, lighting plans, and control schematics.
Assist in the development of Instrumentation&Controls (I&C) designs, including control panels, I/O lists, instrumentation layouts, and basic SCADA components.
Contribute to technical documents such as specifications, reports, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
Perform basic design calculations and quantity take‑offs.
Participate in field investigations, site visits, and inspections to support design validation and construction activities.
Assist with shop drawing reviews and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities.
Provide support during construction, responding to RFIs and updating documentation.
Coordinate with internal team members and support communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical design, drafting, or infrastructure projects (co‑op experience considered).
Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar design software); experience with Revit is an asset.
Basic understanding of electrical power distribution systems and control systems.
Exposure to municipal water/wastewater or industrial projects is an asset.
Working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and applicable standards is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, self‑starter, and willingness to learn in a team‑oriented environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
