We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic professional commission sales persons to enhance our dynamic team in Southern Ontario.
We are currently recruiting 2 possibly 3 highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals for
the Waterloo,Cambridge, Brantfordregions
( 1 person) as
well as a second possibly third - sales professional(s) for
Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville through to Niagara and Mississauga regions
who have experience with business to business sales, developing customer relationships and an active interest in Human Resources, Safety, Training and Risk Management. These vacancies are due to expansion and growth and present an exciting opportunity to develop a sales career in the highly specialized and rewarding field of Human Resources and Risk Management.
The successful candidates will be responsible for proactively placing outgoing calls to potential customers with the goal of booking a meeting, attend potential client meetings to discuss our services and negotiate a sale. In this role you must maintain a high level of product, company and industry knowledge and actively promote the company’s brand. This position will work closely with the consulting team to build a positive team environment and will be mentored by the management to assist in the development of their knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications - Got what it takes?
University degree in business, marketing or related discipline with 3-5 years proven sales experience (nice to have but not mandatory)
Proven sales ability, comfortable cold calling prospective clients
Comfortable closing a sale
Ability to do RFP’s, Quotes and other proposals
Comfortable with and an understanding of Health, Wellness, Safety and Human Resource Sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, outgoing, competitive and prepared to contribute
Professional, polished and driven
Must have own transportation
Passionate about outstanding customer service
Motivated to meet personal and corporate sales goals
Love to work in a team and a fast-paced environment
Comfortable writing request for proposals and presenting to prospective clients.
Speak, write and read fluently in English– to be able to prepare sales presentations quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Enjoy networking at events and tradeshows.
