Description
Responsibilities

Plan and manage logistics for project‑related activities, including fieldwork, meetings, site visits, and events.

Coordinate shipment and delivery of project materials and equipment.

Ensure timely and efficient logistics support for project teams.

Manage health and safety tracking and field equipment tracking.

Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and accessible.

Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures.

Track and manage document revisions and approvals.

Arrange travel accommodations for project team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation as required.

Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are cost‑effective and within budget.

Coordinate travel schedules and resolve any travel‑related issues.

Assist project managers in tracking project progress and milestones.

Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.

Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.

Prior experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with document control systems.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of archaeology or cultural heritage is considered an asset, but is not required.

Additional Information

Company paid relocation is not available for this position.

Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.

Location The position is based locally in one of the Ontario offices with hybrid work options available.

Compensation Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year.
