Become a Lead Health&Safety Consultant with OSG, headquartered in Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on consulting leadership and client engagement across diverse industries.
In this senior role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance OSG’s consulting practice. Collaborate with sales to scope and execute consulting engagements, lead complex audits, and standardize methodologies. Your experience and leadership will play a key role in shaping scalable health and safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage complex gaps audits and compliance checks • Partner with sales for proposal development and execution • Establish internal QA standards for quality assurance • Act as a subject matter expert on compliance regulations • Support training initiatives for the consulting team
Requirements:• 7–10 years of health and safety experience required • 3+ years in a consulting capacity preferred • CRSP or CHSC certification essential • Familiarity with provincially regulated environments • Strong communication and project management skills
