Kipling Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations of industrial properties. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes tenant relations and operational excellence.

In this position, you will report to the Director, Industrial, managing key responsibilities like property inspections, tenant issue resolution, and financial oversight. Your strategic management will be crucial in meeting client needs and upholding property standards while ensuring a compliant and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain effective tenant relationships • Perform routine property inspections for quality assurance • Manage day-to-day operations and staff duties effectively • Direct financial reporting processes and budget adherence • Handle capital project management from planningto execution

Requirements:• Minimum of five years in direct property management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience in capital and construction project coordination • Relevant post-secondary education and RPA in progress • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure
