Join the Kingston Health Sciences Centre as a Nurse Practitioner in the Bariatric Clinic. This full time role focuses on advanced clinical care and patient management for individuals living with obesity. As a Nurse Practitioner (RN(EC)), you will provide comprehensive assessments and management in surgical and medical weight management programs at the Kingston Bariatric Centre of Excellence.Leading patient care, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to foster a respectful, compassionate environment. Your role entails not only clinical tasks but also educational components and quality improvement initiatives that ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed medical assessments of patients with obesity Manage obesity-related comorbidities pre- and post-surgery Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care Provide education on chronic disease prevention and healthy living Develop quality improvement initiatives for the bariatric programRequirements

Current RN(EC) registration with the CNO BScN and a Master’s degree in a clinical specialty 5+ years in Chronic Disease ManagementExcellent communication and organizational skills Experience in ambulatory care preferred Bring your advanced clinical skills to support the care of patients at Kingston BCoE.
