Guide managers on collective agreement interpretation Act as a resource for employee workforce concerns Support grievance processes and resolutions Lead workforce meetings with employees and stakeholders Collaborate with HR on workplace investigations Requirements

4-6 years in a unionized environment Degree in Labour Relations or related field Knowledge of MCCSS Compliance preferred Experience supervising and mentoring others Fluency in English/French is advantageous Utilize your expertise in labour relations and workforce management to support Ongwanada’s mission.
