Join Providence Care Hospital as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant for a temporary full-time role. Provide person-centered care under supervision while collaborating in a dynamic healthcare setting.

In this role, the Assistant will be responsible for delivering therapy as outlined by the supervising clinician. Candidates will work independently with patience and undergo a variety of professional activities related to patient care. A thorough understanding of OT and PT methodologies is essential, as is experience in both fields.

Key Responsibilities:• Follow treatment plans for individual or group therapy • Collaborate on activities guided by the treatment plan • Assess patient needs and propose solutions • Instruct safe use of assistive devices • Monitor patient responses and suggest treatment adaptations

Requirements:• Dual certificate from an OT/PT Assistant program • Minimum six months experience in OT and PT settings • Valid Ontario Driver’s license may be required
