Key Responsibilities:• Direct food service for hotel guest meals and events • Lead a unionized team of cooks and dishwashers • Enforce compliance with health and food safety standards • Analyze labor and cost variances for operational efficiency • Oversee inventory controls and monthly reporting

Requirements:• 3-5 years’ food service management experience • Culinary degree or equivalent preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage in a unionized environment • Willingness to work flexible hours
