About the Role

Senior Analyst, Health and Safety, Supply Chain– responsible for executing and improving health, safety, and wellness programs across the eastern distribution centers of Restaurant Brands International. Key Responsibilities

Program and System Support:

Lead implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures across distribution centers; manage compliance and action tracking in VelocityEHS, ISN, and Vcomply; prepare reports and dashboards on safety indicators; develop training materials and make industry-based recommendations.Incident Management and Analysis:

Support incident and near‑miss reporting; conduct root cause analysis; provide administrative and analytical support during investigations. Regulatory and Compliance Coordination:

Ensure adherence to provincial and federal regulations (MLITSD, WSIB, WCB Nova Scotia, CNESST, MTO, etc.); maintain fire and evacuation plans; conduct risk assessments and safety inspections; coordinate contractor compliance in ISN. Training and Awareness:

Schedule and coordinate health and safety training sessions; support orientation; update training materials; organize company health&wellness events. Committees and Engagement:

Support Joint Health and Safety Committee with meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking; maintain communication across sites; promote safety awareness and identify improvement opportunities. Data Management and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and maintain safety performance data; provide trend insights for management presentations and audits; ensure timely data submission in health and safety systems. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline. Experience: 2–5 years in a health and safety or compliance coordination role within a multi‑site industrial or supply‑chain environment. Skills&Competencies: Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation; proficiency in VelocityEHS, ISN, Vcomply; experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, safety program design, compliance monitoring and reporting; excellent communication, investigative and organizational skills; strong attention to detail; Microsoft Office expertise; familiarity with Power BI is an asset.Work Environment

The position is field‑based, requiring regular time in warehouses, yards and transportation settings across multiple sites. The role is not desk‑based and involves active engagement with frontline operations and leadership teams. Compensation&Benefits

Base salary range $70,000– $90,000 CAD (Hourly). Eligible for the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Benefits include global paid parental leave, free telemedicine and mental wellness support, and other wellness programs focused on physical, mental and financial wellness. EEO Statement
