Key Responsibilities:• Lead design and analysis of various bridge types • Draft and review project specifications and details • Manage design teams to achieve project objectives • Contribute to client proposals and business development • Facilitate the learning and development of junior engineers

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master’s preferred • Eligible for professional engineer licensing in six months • Minimum seven years in structural design engineering • Proficiency in modeling tools like SAP2000 or CSiBridge • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
